RETURN POLICY
We offer a 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE - if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item with-in 14 days of the original purchase date. To do so, please e-mail us at puppetstoreusa@yahoo.com with your request. Upon receipt you will be sent a return authorization number. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please follow the procedure outlined below to ensure we process the return according to your wishes.
Please keep the packing slip that you received with your shipment. If you need to return your purchase, please make a copy of your packing slip, please include a note specifying the reason for return, and if you would like an exchange, replacement or refund; include it with your merchandise. ONLY PACKAGES POSTAGE PAID AND MARKED WITH RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER CAN BE ACCEPTED.
Returns & Exchanges must arrive in NEW, original condition, in their original full packaging.
LIMITED TIME SHIPPING OFFER We will ship your entire order to the same U.S. address (within the contiguous U.S. territories) for just $7.95, via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or Fedex (Shipping method will be selected based on weight of order). Shipments outside the contiguous US territories will vary. For additional information on US territories, please contact us. Some items are shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. These items may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, U.P.S. Ground Delivery, or FedEx Ground Delivery. Method will be based on weight of order. International Shipping is no longer being offered. (Although packages were being shipped out the next business day, and rates were being kept at the lowest amount possible, customers remained unsatisfied). Approximate time in transit:
